Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform. All important information regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming is provided here.

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the 9t99 platform and its users ("Members"). By accessing or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

1 Introduction & Definitions

9t99 ("we", "our", "platform") operates an online gaming and entertainment service for players in Bangladesh. The meanings of all words and phrases used in these terms and conditions are clarified below:

  • "Platform" — the 9t99 website, mobile version, and all associated services.
  • "Member" or "User" — any person who is registered at 9t99 and using the services.
  • "Account" — a personal profile created through registration on the platform.
  • "Bonus" — any promotional credit or reward provided by the platform.
  • "Real Money" — actual funds deposited into a member's account.

In addition to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy apply jointly.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account at 9t99 and use any of its services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account detected will be closed immediately.

Important: Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When opening an account, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You are a real person at least 21 years of age — not a corporate entity or a bot.
  • You will create only one account — multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
  • You will keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties.
  • You will notify us immediately if any unauthorized access to your account is detected.

2.3 Identity Verification

9t99 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other official documents may be requested if needed. Some deposit and withdrawal features may be limited until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

Each member is personally responsible for the security of their account. Any activity carried out while logged into the account will be considered the member's own activity.

  • It is the member's responsibility to keep their account information up to date.
  • Third parties are not permitted to use the account.
  • Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.
  • Multiple people in the same family or household may open separate accounts, but a verification process will apply if the same payment method is used.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at 9t99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
  • Deposits are generally processed quickly. Processing time may vary depending on the method used.
  • Deposits sent from third-party accounts are not accepted.
  • All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

4.2 Withdrawals

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Approved requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
  • Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Additional verification may be required if an unusual amount or pattern is detected.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — it will be converted to real balance after wagering requirements are met.

Standard withdrawal processing time: 5-30 minutes. Bank transfers may take somewhat longer.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

9t99 is committed to preventing money laundering. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account may be suspended and the relevant authorities notified. Records of all transactions are maintained.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳42,000 → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not the deposited amount and bonus combined):

  • Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15x (on the bonus amount).
  • Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

Wagering is calculated only on bets placed from the bonus balance. Real money bets do not count toward meeting wagering requirements.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

  • A bonus may only be claimed once.
  • Making a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
  • 9t99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent claims are detected, the account may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

The 9t99 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tiers are advanced through regular play. Weekly cashback rates vary by tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Platinum.

6 Game Usage Policy

9t99 offers various types of gaming services, including live casino, slots, sports betting, and more. Each game category has its own rules, which are shown before the game begins.

  • All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring fair play.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.
  • In the event of any dispute over a game result, 9t99's designated server logs will be accepted as the final evidence.
  • Betting limits are set separately for each game and are subject to change.
  • In the sports betting section, the outcome of bets will be determined based on the official results from the relevant sports authority.

7 Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

All 9t99 members must use the platform fairly and honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to influence game results through cheating, manipulation, or the use of software.
  • Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses with multiple accounts.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's infrastructure.
  • Aggressive or threatening behavior toward other users.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Renting or selling an account to a third party.
  • Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated systems.

If any such activity is detected, the account may be suspended immediately and the deposited balance forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

9t99 believes that gambling should be an entertainment activity. We are committed to protecting our members.

  • Members can set deposit limits, loss limits, and session limits on their own account.
  • Temporary or permanent self-exclusion is available.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

9t99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraudulent or dishonest activity.
  • Detection of underage membership.
  • Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
  • Regulatory or legal reasons.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn before closure.

11 Limitation of Liability

9t99 is not responsible for the following:

  • Games or transactions being disrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
  • Unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence.
  • Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
  • Any financial loss resulting from gambling — members play of their own free will and at their own risk.
  • Service interruption due to uncontrollable events (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or government directives.

Gambling carries financial risk. Only play with an amount of money that, if lost, will not affect your daily life.

12 Changes to Terms

9t99 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and members may be notified by email.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a member does not agree to the new terms, they may request to close their account.
